The word stress has become and will become increasingly in the coming years, frequently used in everyday language. Due to an increase in discomfort. Compared to the rural society of our recent historical past, our grandparents, great-grandparents and grandparents the modern lifestyle is far richer and more complex. Our stimuli, both internal and external, have become as a result, more complex and sophisticated than those of the past. This requires that the body knows-man act and react to stimuli, continuously, new ways and strategies to adapt to himself and his surroundings. Stress, in English, means "power", "effort". So you might say, the "tension", the "effort" that the agency person (as a whole body, mind and emotions in constant interaction with the environment, physical and social, to which it belongs) test when subjected to stimuli.
